1. The items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Some items may have a damaged box, although this is not very likely.
3. Some of the high end airsoft items may have been used for pictures on our site.  They work just fine though.
4. The items are eligible for flat rate shipping, however, if the cost to ship the item/s is more than the flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 we will give you an opportunity to make up the difference, or we will refund you and cancel the order.  This only applies if your order only consists of closeout items.
