Flat Rate Shipping Policy Information:
Kids-Army.com awards flat Rate Ground Shipping to all orders within the continental 48 states of the USA. Orders shipping Internationally (including Canada, Mexico, Hawaii & Alaska) are not eligible for flat rate shipping.
Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy:
When you receive your package we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to report the missing or damaged item/s. You can contact the Customer Service Department either via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-760-981-1010. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (PST). We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.
Same Day Shipping:
Orders received before 12 P.M. Noon Pacific Standard Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure, but it is not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS, but other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore, please provide a physical address that all major carriers can deliver to, and be sure that your ship-to address is accurate. All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirecting, you will be charged for that added service.
P.O. Boxes: Due to an increase in the relationship between credit card fraud and P.O. Box addresses, we will no longer be shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid business or residential address at checkout. If you are unable to change your PayPal address or if you have received an email from our customer service department requesting a non P.O. - UPS Priority Overnight : Next business day by 10:30 A.M.
- UPS Standard Overnight: Next business day by 3:00 P.M.
- UPS 2Day: Second business day (by end day), not counting the day shipped.
- UPS 3 Day Saver: Third business day (by end of day), not counting the day shipped.
- UPS International: 5-7 Business Days (Import Duties and Taxes are not Included)
- USPS 1st Class Mail: 5-10 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Days
- USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery in 10-20 business days, NOT GUARANTEED (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery in 6-10 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- USPS Express Mail International: Delivery in 3-5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.

Shipping rates vary by item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.
Kids Army is happy to ship your order internationally. However Certain restrictions do apply.
Kids Army does not verify each ship-to address individually prior to shipment. Therefore, if your address requires any additional country specific information for your package to arrive in a timely manner, please make sure you have provided it. You can do this either by emailing us or by adding a note to your PayPal checkout. You can also call us at 1-760-981-1010. Once your shipment leaves the United States, we have no control over the package and you will have to deal with the carrier directly to resolve any issues related to your shipment.
Imitation Firearms Restrictions:
Residents of California and New York will be unable to purchase most of our Toy Guns. This is due to a restriction on realistic looking toy guns. You can read more about it HERE.
Kids Army is not responsible for any delays caused by, or packages held by, customs. Many countries have laws that restrict the entry of certain goods. Because the laws of each country are constantly changing, we cannot be held responsible should your item be seized or rejected by customs. We will not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of goods. If your package is returned to us, we will issue you a refund for the goods only. Should you desire to have the package shipped again, or to an alternate address, you will have to pay for shipping again. Customers accept full responsibility for determining if the products you are ordering violate your country's laws.
We strongly suggest you check with your local customs agency prior to placing your order.

Kids Army is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, liability of the package no longer lies with Kids Army. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Kids Army will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors, etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. Kids Army has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens, the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Kids Army for any reason, no refund for shipping charges will be issued.
